Trull Service Company offers a broad range of services for managing Minerals and Royalties. Minerals are split as ownership evolves into a multi-generational dynamic, resulting in Mineral Agreements that are becoming more and more complex. The number of mineral owners required to execute an agreement often creates a significant burden and time delay if there is not a management system in place.
We offer a management system that will minimize the administration of complex agreements for multi-owner mineral interests. The system provides a single point of contact for easy access by oil & gas companies to negotiate agreements and develop mineral interests. The mineral owners benefit from this structure as one voice can effectively represent all the mineral interests.
Are you coming into ownership or next in line of a multi-heir operation? We can help to conduct the negotiation and development of any plans for mineral and royalty management, and can manage all of your bookkeeping needs after the contract is signed.
Mineral owners remain in control of final approval and overall execution of the agreement based on the negotiated terms proposed by Trull Service Company.
We are ready to assist by simplifying the process and guaranteeing positive results.
Reliability for generations to come.
For any questions regarding your rights on your land, we’re here to help from the management of it all the way down to the physical labor it takes to maintain it. Let us know how we can help you.
