Trull Service Company will collaborate closely with area agriculture experts to better understand the market and current operating environments. Our company ultimately strives for a fair return for the landowner as well as implements a fair agreement for the farmer. The first objective begins with locating reliable stewards for your land. Our company works hard to add farmers who’ve demonstrated themselves as capable over extended periods of time. Good farmers generally result in good stewardship, and good farmers offer the best relationships. Our company has farmers and farm families that have been tenants in excess of 50 years, spanning across 2nd and 3rd generations.

Flex farm leases offer the opportunity for a land owner to improve their rents over time. When times are good, we request farmers pay higher rents, and when yields or prices drop, we flex down our rates to reflect that.

Pasture leases require good stewardship of the land and are best created over long-term relationships. We currently manage several thousand grazing pasture acres across the Texas Gulf Coast and with stewards that cooperate and remain reliable, we are able to manage even more.
